Front End Observations

  • Observe FE during your visit and respond to the questions below.

  • Did cashier follow all procedures during the sale? (F2, offer add-on, follow CASHIER)

  • Observe at least one refund during your visit.

  • Did cashier offer an exchange?

  • Did cashier practice LEAD when questioning the reason for the return?

  • Did cashier check the contents of the returned item/s?

Bathrooms

  • Inspect all bathrooms during your visit.

  • Are the floors clean?

  • Are the walls clean around toilet/urinal?

  • Are the counters and sinks clean and/or dry?

  • Is the bathroom stocked well? (Toilet paper, paper towels, soap)

  • Are the bathroom doors clean inside and outside?

  • Are the bathrooms in good, working order(no leaking sinks/toilets, broken soap pumps, towel dispenser is working properly,etc)

Sales Floor

  • Walk the bed skirt sections for the following issues.

  • Are the section set properly and signed?

  • Are the sections sized properly?

  • Verify the the new Wamsutta collection is set, showing both 15" and 18" skirts.
