Is there any sign of illicit discharges such as process wastewater, cooling water or sanitary water (anything other than rain water) at the stormwater sampling point during summer months?

Is there a stormwater discharge/standing water during inspection?

Is there a visible oil sheen in the stormwater discharge or standing water?

Is there any sign of high turbidity in the stormwater discharge (significant pollutants, etc.)?

Are there any odors or discolorations?

Are material storage locations updated?

Are spill kit locations updated?

Are descriptions of source pollutants to leak is documented?

Is there any equipment outside that has the potential to leak documented?

Are potential pollutant sources documented?

Is the site map is current?

Are there any hazardous wastes stored outside?

Are all chip and scrap bins covered?

Are all hoppers and trash cans located outside covered?

Are any drums outside, contained within a secondary containment, covered, labeled, and leak free?

Are spill kits outside properly stocked with spill response materials?

Is there any staining on the rooftops which can cause stormwater pollution?

Any liquid stored within 50 ft. of a door is on secondary containment and leak free?

Are liquid containers inside greater than 55 gallons on secondary containment and leak free?

Is the ground free of oil sheen and other pollutants (dust, trash, etc.)?

Are there any signs of vehicle unit washing outside?

Are there any leaks from equipment and vehicles stored outside (trucks, etc.)?
