  • UV stabilised paint installed on the flexible conduit or bend if its not already UV stabilised or exposed to direct sunlight*not required if conduits are behind covers etc

  • Conduit underground depth and surface exposure installed as per the specification

  • Conduits 200mm (Minimum) above the Finish Surface Levels as shown in Specification

  • 100mm Conduit centered between Combiner Box Piles, 50mm Conduit centered between 100mm Conduit and Combiner Box pile (as per drawing specification)

  • Are conduits fixed to the front side of the pile / conduit support

  • Conduit void filled, compacted and levelled off

  • Have all pile strikes been rectified (Straightened / replaced)

  • Suitable cable length left for the termination crew to perform termination after (1200mm minimum)

  • All cable ends are sealed with heatshrink end caps

  • Cable marking applied as required

  • Pictures of all cables and conduits installed and completed

Sign-off

  • PCU entry is installed as per SOW, IFC and UPrev drawing and RFIs specifications

  • Supervisor or QA technician sign off

  • Complete report, email to project email address (JLE_Stubbo@jlegroup.net.au), notify JLE Project QA team to log the report number in the application document register and file under each Lot, all NCR or defects added to the Defects Register as required
