  • Ensure that vehicle is fundamentally stable & isolated prior to commencing inspections. All checks must be completed with damage & defects reported accordingly. Where a check cannot or is not made be sure to leave the check box blank & add relevant explanation within the comments section.

Daily MV Checks

  • Engine oil level checked

  • Transmission fluid checked

  • Check PTO for function & control operation

  • Check all fuel transfer equipment

  • Check Hydraulic oil level

  • No fuel leaks from diesel bulk tank

  • Fuel level adequate for planned activities

  • All defects or damage has been recorded as required

  • Ensure that the Trailer pre-start inspection is completed before mobilising.
