Dragons Bar Set Up

  • Enter date and time of audit

  • Are the lights switched on, on the right setting and in good working order?

  • Do all lights in the bar area and atrium have working light bulbs?

  • Has this been reported through maintenance/opera?

  • Is the bar floor clean from previous shift? (Check edges, under units, dragons bar floor, behind the bar, back room) Take photos

  • Have the fridge lights been switched on?

  • Are the fridges stocked and FIFO'd?

  • Has the glass washer been turned on, filters in correctly, chemicals full and salt filled?

  • Are bin bags in all bins?

  • Are all sinks clean with no debris?

  • Has the sanitiser been changed for the day ahead? (Take photo)

  • Have all surfaces been sanitised and clean pre set-up?

  • Have all bar mats, straw caddies, drip trays been set up on the bar to standard?

  • Are all drip trays clean and in correct places?

  • Have the nozzles been fitted correctly? (Filtered nozzles on Guinness and Boddingtons)

  • Is all display shelving set up to standard? Refer to planograms

  • Is all glass shelving clean an free from debris?

  • Are all units clean and non sticky (Check under edges)

  • Is the ice machine/ ice well full for service?

  • Are all spirit/wine measures set up and clean?

  • Has the coffee machine been set up to standard?

  • Is the slush machine on and in good working order?

  • If no, has this been reported to Noisy drinks?

  • Are all chemical bottles, j-cloths, blue roll and hand sanitiser full and present on the bar?

  • Please check the barrel cellar to ensure it is tidy. Please enter temperature. Take photo of cellar.

  • Please check the stock cellar to ensure it is tidy. Please enter temperature. Take photo of cellar.

  • Is the atrium furniture clean and tidy?

  • Are drinks menus on all tables and in good repair?

  • Overall, how happy are you with the set up of the bar?
