  • Check Fireplaces & fireplace remotes/wall thermostat is turned off before you leave

  • Thermostat is set at 65

  • Check for Damages! Scratches on floor, doors, backs of doors Stairs on furniture, carpet, comforters

  • Check TVs/Stereos are working. Do any batteries need replacing?

  • Check Washer and Dryer<br>Dryer vent is in back of inside of dryer/please clean

  • Check for cobwebs and remove as needed

Kitchen

  • Check for FULL liquid dish soap & hand soap @ sink

  • Check for paper towel

  • New sponge is present

  • Confirm all below is clean Check Refrigerator / Freezer - any smells? Check Dishwasher/Garbage Disposal Check for Trash in Bins/Compactor

  • Check oven/microwave/kitchen clocks

  • Turn all burners on/off/check fan and oven light

  • Check under sink for following items: /recycle bags, extra liquid dish soap, extra liquid hand soap and dishwasher soap

Bedrooms

  • Are beds made nicely?

  • Check under beds for garbage

  • Check in closet

Bathrooms

  • Confirm there are rolls of toilet paper

  • Liquid Soap containers full

  • Check heads and drains too

  • Is fan working?
