Sales Responsibilities

  • Site/Sales Manager Responsibility
    Overall Responsibility for all Staff, Site Presentation, Health and Safety and Maintenance Issues

    Sales Controller
    Responsible for Site Presentation inc vehicle cleanliness, price boards, Gardx Hangers, Over 100 days in stock Vehicles, Vehicle Condition Checks, Site Cleanliness inc litter awareness to valeters and sales staff. Weekly demo checks ensuring all demos on site are clean, price boarded and lined up in the designated area

    Senior Sales Staff
    Responsible for ensuring Sales Staff make sure the site is clean and presentable including site vehicles, demos and reporting any issues to their Sales Controller or Site Manager for rectification

    Below, each department has their own area to ensure their areas are up to standard but the site will be marked as a total which will affect all departments and the site as a whole

Site Presentation

  • Are all Imperial flags up on site?

  • Are all Ram posts down?

  • Is the external forecourt clean, tidy and well presented

  • Are vehicles lined up correctly

  • Do all vehicles have Price Boards

  • Do all vehicles have the Gardx hangers<br>

  • Are the forecourt vehicles free of any external damage? i.e. dents, scrapes, scuffs

  • Have all the tyres been tyre-dressed?

  • Have all vehicles been vehicle condition checked in the last week

  • Are all 100 DIS vehicles clean, tyres dressed, Price boards and Gardx Hangers present and parked in a prominent area (10% of the 100 day + stock will be reviewed)

  • Are Demonstrators lined up in the nominated demo area

Showroom Review

  • Do the Sales Department operate a clear desk policy

  • Is the coffee area clean and tidy ? Coffee Machine clean and operating? is the fridge tidy

Imperial Net Review - All vehicles, dealpacks and accessories scanned

  • All vehicles scanned - list anomilies

  • All deal packs scanned - List anomilies

Sales and Delivery Shared Responsibilities

  • Staff Toilets - clean and tidy?

  • Staff Canteen - clean and tidy?

  • Are kitchen draws and cupboards tidy

  • Is the dishwasher empty

  • Is the dishwasher clean

  • Are the microwave and fridge clean

Staff Appearance

  • Are staff clean and well presented

Health and Safety Areas

  • Has the fire alarm been tested in the last week

  • Are the fire alarm keys/EML keys in the health and safety folder

  • Is the emergency lighting operational/ working correctly

  • Are there Fire Marshalls on site ?

  • Are there First Aiders on site?

Grass and Garden Areas
