  • Did the engineer check in and meet with customer at arrival to job site?

  • Did the engineer complete a site audit and verify Active / Decommissioned status of all equipment?

  • Did customer closeout meeting occur, summary of visit delivered, future visit agreed upon, service options discussed?

Administrative Tasks

  • Have time sheets been regularly completed and submitted by deadline?

  • Has all HSI, Domino Academy and other assigned training been completed by deadline?

  • Have expense reports been completed and submitted within 30 days?

  • Does the engineer follow the formal escalation process and provide all necessary information per procedure?

  • Does the engineer close work orders promptly after service visit? This assures service reports and surveys are sent as well as parts removed and restocked in a timely manner.

Appearance & Professionalism

  • Does engineer have proper Domino uniform and appear properly groomed and professional?

  • Is vehicle clean and well maintained?

  • Does the engineer have an organized trunk stock storing the parts in a manner that maintains their like new condition?

Behaviors & Mindsets

  • Shows strong ability to be flexible and change plans, manage situations with urgency, while maintaining a professional work attitude?

  • Does the engineer respond to company communications in a timely manner and identify when urgency is necessary? Example: emails reviewed daily and escalations responded to with urgency.

  • Does the engineer follow the daily CI/CO process including rescheduling of broken calls?

  • Does the engineer identify commercial opportunities and submit appropriate leads and quotations?


  • Does engineer have necessary PPE? Required: Safety Shoes, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, High Vis Vest, Gloves, Electrical Lockout.

  • Does engineer have the truce device in service vehicle with app loaded and functioning properly?
