Are workers following the process as designed in the Kaizen Event (or any authorized changes/modifications made since the event)?

Is there evidence that all workers, including those new to the area, have been trained on the new process?

Is the process performance being measured and reported as set forth in the agreed upon Control Plan outlined in the Kaizen?

Are the Area Leads and Managers supporting compliance to the new process?

Have any unintended consequences (positive or negative) arisen in the area?

Have any unintended consequences (positive or negative) arisen with the downstream customers?

Is there any resistance to the new process?

Are all aspects of the Control Plan being followed?

Are workers pleased with the improvements? Do they feel their work has been simplified?
