  • Check the condition of tires for any peeling, cracks or sliding off the rim. Check wheel mount bolts/nuts. Notify the truck shop if any issues exist.

  • Check the back-up alarm, strobe light, blue lights, horn, and working lights for proper operation. If any are inoperable notify the truck shop.

Inspect truck for hydraulic oil leaks also look on ground for evidence of hydraulic oil. If a leak s found or hydraulic oil on the ground notify Fork Truck Repair

  • Any leaks found or hydraulic oil on ground. Mark fail if hydraulic oil found.

Visual inspection by walking around the manip and identify any damage.

  • Was there any damage identified during your visual inspection? If fail notify your supervisor and truck shop.
