Food hygiene

Adequate food in fridge/ freezer and cupboards stored appropriately. Dated/ hygienically stored (container/ cling wrap). PHOTO EVIDENCE REQ

Maintenance

Any hazards identified (broken furniture/ fixtures and fittings/ clutter etc). PHOTO EVIDENCE REQ IF APPLICABLE, COMPLETE RENTPOST

Documentation

MEDICATION CHART SIGNED: PHOTO EVIDENCE REQUIRED. If documentation is missing follow up with staff member on duty.

CMS entry completed for every shift: monitoring of appropriate content and correct completion. Please make notes, if required support individual staff to make improvements.

CMS back up and and communication books used appropriately: staff signing to acknowledge read/ client info in apprpriate book.

Staff direction provided

Please document any directive/ instruction provided to staff to rectify any problems identified in audit.
