  • 1) Is all the relevant paperwork onsite to include Risk Assessments CoSHH assessments Construction Phase Plan which have all been signed and dated correctly?<br>(Must be adequate and control all hazards present a CPP and R/As are a legal requirement)

  • 2) Is appropriate PPE supplied and being used?

  • 3) Is the site free of any accidents AND do operatives know how to report accidents should they occur?

  • 4) Are adequate first aid provisions available (i.e. First Aid Kit Including eyewash)?

  • 5) If there is any working at height involved in the tasks being conducted; is suitable and sufficient access equipment being used? (Class 1 or EN131 Profession step / ladders only.)

  • 6) If working on Electrics or Gas have these services been isolated by qualified / competent person? (If not applicable, please choose 'N/A')

  • 7) If there are any mechanical tools/ plant being used on site is it all tested safe to use. (PAT)?
