1) Is all the relevant paperwork onsite to include Risk Assessments CoSHH assessments Construction Phase Plan which have all been signed and dated correctly?<br>(Must be adequate and control all hazards present a CPP and R/As are a legal requirement)

3) Is the site free of any accidents AND do operatives know how to report accidents should they occur?

4) Are adequate first aid provisions available (i.e. First Aid Kit Including eyewash)?
