Passenger Handling - Check in

Passenger Handling - Boarding

Aircraft Arrival - Ramp

  • Are all staff wearing appropriate PPE?

  • Has FOD inspection been made of ramp prior to aircraft arrival?

  • Are equipment restraint lines, stop lines etc clearly visible and all GSE behind restraint lines?

  • Are aircraft marshalled using approved marshalling signals or automated guidance system?

  • Is GPU/FEGP available as soon as anti collision beacon is switched off?

  • Are chocks available? Is aircraft chocked correctly as per airline policy?

Aircraft Arrival - Dispatch

  • Does Dispatcher confirm with Cabin Crew if any specials on inbound flight?

  • Does Dispatcher give Cabin Crew thumbs up signal to allow disembarkation to begin?

  • Once all passengers have disembarked, does Dispatcher brief the Captain face to face on details of turnaround and provide AZFW docket?

Fuelling

  • Is fuel truck available in a timely manner?

  • Has fueller offered VAT receipt to Captain for signature once fuelling is complete?

Aircraft Onload - Ramp

  • Are outbound bags protected from the elements?

  • Is baggage loading completed in accordance with RE procedures?

  • Does any GSE obstruct egress of fuelling vehicle?

  • Is Aft service door kept clear while fuelling if passengers are onboard?

  • Are tug, towbar, and headset connected no later than STD -5 minutes?

  • Does headset man notify Captain prior to commencing pre departure walk around inspection?

Aircraft Departure - Dispatch

  • Has PNL been passed to Cabin Crew prior to the commencement of boarding?

  • Has Loadsheet been passed to Captain no later than STD -15 minutes?

  • Has NOTOC been completed and passed to Captain where required?

  • Has LIRF been fully completed and passed to Captain?

  • Have any LMC'S been communicated as per procedure and in a timely manner?

Aircraft Departure - Ramp

  • Have PIG and all cones been collected and properly stowed?

  • Are chocks left in place until Tug and Towbar are connected?

  • Is pre departure walk around inspection completed as per RE procedures?

  • Upon completion of pushback is chock placed in front of nose wheel before tug and towbar are disconnected?

  • Is clear signal given to Flight deck once pushback is complete and all equipment and headset have been disconnected?
