-
2.1.2 PROBE SENSOR ARE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY
-
2.1.3 Under Leak test failure condition, does tank and line leak detection sensors demonstrate a active shutdown of pump
-
2.3 Are sensors properly positioned and function as described.
All Sump and Chamber Sensors are set to the lowest practical position in the sump or chamber, There is no loose or exposed wiring in the sump or chamber (below penetration fittings) and is safe for Zone 1 area, confirm sensor will detect liquid, provide alarm or shutdow as designed. Confirm sensors are programmed according the GIDS Standard

If Pressurized system, sensor must be shutdown on first detection of fuel and high water if discriminating type sensor or first detection of liquid if a water only sensor.

For suction systems, sensors must be programmed to shutdown upon high water level, water alarm provided at lower set point or time delay for shutdown to allow for scheduled water pump out.
