ON THE DOCK Only tasks that require water shall be done at the dock

ON THE MOORING All tasks that do not require water from the loading dock shall be done on the mooring

  • detail toilets thoroughly, bowl seat lid and base

  • add enzymes and flush into holding tanks

  • add toilet bowl cleaner and leave in toilet, do not flush

  • wipe down all flat surfaces

  • wipe down windows

  • trash/recycling

  • wash all mats and and hang

  • clean galley and bar empty drinnking water and clean drinking water container

  • clean, stock and drain drinks cooler

  • turn off CO2

  • store any alcohol behind galley back in the islands for inventory

  • alchohol inventory

  • clean sink

  • clean soda gun , speed well, and bar taps

  • clean out soda gun chill plate well

  • tranfer ice from drink ice well tom chill plate well

  • open all hatches, make sure cracks are small if rain is expected

  • secure all reefing lines, fenders, docklines

  • stock utensil caddy and store

  • finalize paperwork , ordering, and update logo wear inventory

  • timesheet and logbook

  • ensure all appropriate battery switches, 120 volt and 12 volt panel switches are on or off
