  • Check all hoses and pipeline connections for leaks. Tighten if necessary.

  • Check all articulations for unusual wear.

  • Check for unusual leaks on the engine and the augers.

  • Check all hydraulic cylinders for unusual leaks, wear or cracks.

  • Check hydraulic lines. Free of leak, damage, and all securing brackets in place?

  • Check function of VHF radio.

  • Check fire extinguisher.

  • Check life ring, rope, and light buoy.

Weekly

  • Check air filters.

  • Check all filters.

  • Check alarms and lights.

Every 400 Hours

  • Change engine oil, and filters.

Every 1000 Hours

  • Change hydraulic oil and replace all hydraulic filters.

  • List any Damage to the Amphibex.

  • List any maintenance or corrective actions performed on the Amphibex.
