  • Proper PPE is worn correctly? (FR clothing on exterior and top button, sleeves down, hard hat, safety glasses, face shield, rubber gloves with leather covers)

  • Glove check completed before work day started?

  • Recognizes potential hazard at the meter and uses best judgement to avoid them?

  • Attempts to notify homeowner of temporary loss of power?

  • Inside of meter can inspected for damage or stressed wires?

  • Tech looks and identifies underground or overhead service and visually inspects incoming lines/rain heads?

  • Meter pulled smoothly

  • Back of meter inspected and jaws tested with voltmeter?

  • New meter installed safely (gently pushed into place)?

  • Reinstalled cover or ring?

  • Rubber gloves, leather overs, and face shield utilized form seal to seal?

  • Proper and insulated tools were used if necessary?<br>(Only supervisor working inside meter box)

  • Gloves are packed back into the glove bag, cuff down?
