Proper PPE is worn correctly? (FR clothing on exterior and top button, sleeves down, hard hat, safety glasses, face shield, rubber gloves with leather covers)

Glove check completed before work day started?

Recognizes potential hazard at the meter and uses best judgement to avoid them?

Attempts to notify homeowner of temporary loss of power?

Inside of meter can inspected for damage or stressed wires?

Tech looks and identifies underground or overhead service and visually inspects incoming lines/rain heads?
