  • I understand I am employed on a casual basis. The manager or manager's representative has the right to cancel my employment at an hours notice. Just as I have the right to give Ardua Contracting Services an hours notice to cease my employment.

  • I will use electrical and hand tools as I am trained to so as to avoid damage to the tool and injury to myself.

  • I will actively participate in safety interactions with my work mates so as to create a safe working environment for myself others.

  • I will report all damage to machinery so my manager can organise repairs as soon as possible.<br>Not reporting may lead to my dismissal from Ardua Contracting Services.

  • I will not bully other staff members.

  • I will not racially discriminate against any staff member or CBH representative

  • I understand that fighting will lead to my instant dismissal.

  • When I am employed by Ardua Contracting Services I understand that my behaviour reflects upon Ardua Contracting Services. Any behaviour that embarrasses Ardua Contracting Services could lead to my dismissal.

  • I understand and am prepared to submit to random alcohol and drug testing by Ardua Contracting Services or company that employs the services of Ardua Contracting Services. I will follow Ardua Contracting Services / CBH drug and alcohol policy.
