  • The cellar walls, floors and ceiling are clean and free from obstruction.

  • The cellar maintains the correct temperature for ale condition, fan units are operating. Between +11 and +13°C.

  • There is evidence that line cleaning is completed to SOP

  • There are no other cellar related issues.

  • Ales are conditioned as per SOP with yellow labels filled out.

  • Ale stock is within BBF Date and correctly rotated.

  • There are no pest related issues.
