SSF 030 Notifying Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal (ABSNNLW1)

  • Comley Demolition needs to notify the relevant enforcing authority of any NNLW with asbestos:

    Notice is required before the work starts - there is no minimum notice period.

  • Complete the following information and then telephone the office with confirmation it has been completed.. The office will then notify online and phone the site back to confirm the notification has been submitted - work can then commence.

  • Asbestos Type

  • Please give details of Asbestos Containing Material to be removed

  • Please provide an estimate of the quantity of asbestos involved in no more than 35 characters to indicate the scale of the work in contact with asbestos materials,

  • Indicate the condition of the ACM here by using the words 'good' and 'bad' if they are/or are not very broken or in poor condition

  • How many operatives will be involved?

  • What is the intended start date?

  • Duration of the works? (days)

  • Activity & Process Involved (Provide brief details of the activity and process involved. These should cover the general nature and scale of the activity)

  • Measures Taken (tick all that apply)
