Is the drivers area neat, tidy and clean etc. - fit for use to eat and drink in if necessary?

Is the vehicle storage area kept neat and tidy with stock and equipment laid out neatly?

Is a copy of the risk assessment available?

Is a copy of the safe systems of work available?

Risk Assessment And Safe Systems Of Work Documentation Quality

Is a risk assessment filled out for the install in question and does it relate well?

Does the safe systems of work relate to the work carried out on the install?
