2. Evaluación de Gavetas, gabinetes, carritos de limpieza, anaqueles. ¿Se encuentran en buen estado, limpios, ordenados?
3.Identificación de sustencias químicas ¿Los contenedores de sustancias quimicas están etiquetadas con su rombo de seguridad y almacenados adecuadamente?
4.Documentación de Químicos ¿Se cuenta con las hojas de seguridad de los materiales y fichas técnicas de los químicos del área?
5. Capacitación del personal ¿Sabe el personal interpretar el rombo de seguridad? ¿conoce el procedimiento del uso de Químicos? Preguntar al encargado del área
