Gauge is not damaged.

Cylinder is free of cracks, dents, and heat damage.

Cylinder is fully charged.
Hoses
-
Hoses are free of cuts, abrasions, bubbles, cracks, and heat damage

Fittings are tight and are not leaking.
Regulator
-
Regulator controls are working properly.

By-pass valve is working.
Pressure Indicator
-
Cylinder pressure gauge is within 10 percent of the remote gauge.
PASS Device
-
Pass device is operating properly.
