The Right Chair

Is the chair in good condition?<br>

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY - Recommendations

Get up and move around. Avoid prolonged static postures. Get your circulation going and breath deeply to get more oxygen to your muscles.<br>

Very daily activities and take short breaks.

Practice eye stretching. Hold your head still and in a forward facing neutral position. Then move your eyes upward focus on something. Wait a second or two and then move downward and repeat process. Repeat this process again with a side to side stretch.

Drink water up to 5-8 glasses through out the course of the day.
