  • Check lights are turned on.

  • Check air conditioner is on. Desired temperature 23 degrees.

  • Check room neat, clean, vacuumed.

  • All tables and chairs are set as per floor plan.

  • Table Linen is placed neatly and accordingly to floor plan.

  • Check all glassware, cutlery, coasters, note pads, mints, pens, wifi cards placed on all tables.

  • Count all chairs are matched with pax numbers on BEO.

  • Bin is placed close to Presenters table or Registration table.

AUDIO VISUAL

  • Power board present.

  • Extension cord connected

  • Power board connected.

  • HDMI cable connected.

  • Screen is dawn.

  • Projector on.

  • Lectern and microphone is set and ready to use.
