Langley Bar Close Checklist

  • Bar top wiped with clean cloth

  • All glassware placed on bar top and organized on mats

  • C-folds / straws stocked

  • Bus bins ran through dish/ bottom shelf clear of plates/ cutlery

  • Pop gun hose / counter underside thoroughly wiped

  • Pop gun & holster cleaned and Saran wrapped

  • Drink service mat removed, wiped and dry

  • Jockey boxes and all bar equipment placed on bar tops in front of wells once ran through dishwasher

  • Printer wiped as well as surrounding area/ underneath printer

  • Salt run tower ran through dish, salts Saran wrapped

  • Syrup bottle lids soaking in water glass , Saran wrapped

  • Peach belini machine stocked, both Saran wrapped

  • Red and white wines stocked

  • Bottles on both wells and on sleeve cooler wiped and placed on bar top, and capped

  • Shot glasses/ side cars placed in clean tray on bar top, mats ran through dishwasher

  • Sleeves fully stocked

  • All beer taps plugged/ wine taps Saran wrapped

  • Drain grates cleaned and placed on bar top

  • Black cutting board wiped and placed on bar top

  • Garbage emptied, can sprayed out, garbage door to chemical area left open for cleaners

  • All recycling brought to compound

  • Dirty cloths removed

  • Fans placed at both wells

  • Raid sprayed during summer months

Cooler checklist

  • Remove all empty kegs and place in compound

  • Move any full kegs from compound to cooler (double stack kegs)

  • Empty draft over pour bucket, record wastage

  • Ensure all sangria/marg has been portioned, labeled, dated

  • Marry/ stack belini canbros with oldest one on top

  • Ensure all staff food has been removed/ thrown out

  • Ensure shelves are organized/ FIFO

  • Empty boxes of extra liquor/ wine and place on shelves in cupboards

  • Restock bottles into full inserts (ex: sand Pel, aqua pana etc.)

  • Remove all extra packaging / cardboard

  • Sweep/ mop

  • Store n' pours clean, labels removed

  • Add signature

  • Select date
