• Intruder alarm test - Maintenance report for the intruder alarm which is to be carried out by Alarm 2000.

• Clean out jerk pit grill - The grill must be cleaned out a minimum of once a month. In the morning, when the grill is cool, all stones must be removed, and all ash and debris must be swept/hoovered out.

• HVAC. Heating, ventilation, and Air Conditioning service. - Intruder alarm testament inspection to establish the working condition, and check for leakages of both the indoor and outdoor condensers/equipment, including the overdoor heaters.

• Annual fire detection test. A report/certificate on the annual test of the fire detection system by FSE.
