  • Are there protective systems in place within the excavation that protect the workers and those working in or near the excavation? 1926.651(i)(1),(2)

  • Is the excavation kept free of standing water? 1926.651(h)(2),(3)

  • Is the excavation site safe to work in and around with a means of egress (at minimum a properly secured ladder every 25 ft)? 1926.651( C )

Ladders

  • Are Ladders being used on site?

  • Are the ladders used the correct size and type for the task?

  • Have the ladders been inspected and maintained daily prior to use?

  • Are the ladders being used properly?

  • Are required ladder stickers, labels, and warnings visible and in good readable condition?

  • Have employees using ladder been instructed on proper ladder use and inspection?

  • Are ladders being used for the purpose they were designed and intended?

Electrical

Temp Power
