What to look for

  • Milk Steaming. Tally the number of times milk is being steamed according to the milk routine. Standard: 1.pour, 2. Aerate(2,3-4 or 6-8 sec), 3. Auto steam, 4. Clean. Steam to the higher end of the ranger for “sauce” beverages
