Check List

Pre-shift Requisites

  • Inform all Operating Departments that you are the MOD on shift

  • Review Daily Briefing Guide & DM's Log the night prior for concern follow thru

  • Send contact details and where you will hold office during your shift to all communication channels

  • Check VIP arrivals and Titanium Elite Arrivals

  • Check the weather forecast and prepare for any necessary adjustments.

  • Review special requests for the day and ensure they are accommodated.

Lobby

  • Ensure that all are in working order: Lobby music, lighting, scent, air conditioning and internet

  • Digital Displays shows up to date promotions and/or events of the day

  • Lobby furniture and fixtures are clean, organized and in good condition

  • Two random areas for Internet Speed Test

  • Check one BSA Area

  • Ensure guest interaction and feedbacking

  • Inspect high security requirement areas (Luggage room, Front Desk, Cashiers, CCTV/Control)

  • Restrooms are clean and all ammenities are in place. No foul smell.

  • Monitor guest queues at the front desk and ensure timely check-ins and check-outs

  • Audit the availability of concierge services and information

Outlets

  • Ensure service is prompt at all restaurants/outlets

  • Touch the table practice for Titanium Members who are dining in

  • Music & scent are in excellent working order

  • Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure food quality and presentation meet standards

  • Menu is presentable, rates are updated and 86 items are identified

  • Evaluate associates' guest interactions to identify the areas for improvement and/or commendation

  • Upsell on the menu for incremental revenue

Rooms (FO/HK) **Report all defects and for repairs to Engineering

  • Guest lifts are clean and in good working condition

  • Check discrepancy report

  • Ensure today's Occupancy/ADR/VIP arrival/Events information are up to date

  • Check due out rooms between noon to 1pm (PM shift)

  • Rooms for VVIP rooms and / or Titanium Memebers should be checked and should to be in good working order

  • Ensure turn-down service has been set for rooms that are tagged

  • Monitor noise levels and ensure quiet hours are maintained

  • Randomly select one for check-in rooms to inspect. Please indicate the room number. Use Rooms Inspection Checklist

  • Inspect one or two emergency exit stairs for cleanliness and functionality

Amenity Floor

  • Spa is clean, service menu is presentable and up to date and all treatment rooms are in working order

  • Check the condition and availability of spa amenities, such as robes, slippers, and towels

  • Gym is clean, trash bins are cleared and sanitizer pump is visible and ready for guest use

  • Inspect the functionality of gym equipment and address any maintenance needs

  • Sound system and TV are working in gym

  • Gym Locker and restrooms are clean and have no foul smell

  • Pool area is clean and safe for guest use and loungers are arranged properly

Building Passages and Common Areas

  • Courtyards in all 3 buildings are clean and have been well taken care of

  • Walkaway going to Shore Building is clean and free of debris

  • Check for any safety hazards or obstructions in corridors and walkways

  • Inspect fire extinguishers and other safety equipment for proper condition and placement

  • Trellis Garden is clean and free of debris or any uneccessary clutter

  • All plants and decors are maintained

  • Building Hallways are all clean, no foul or musty smell and must be well lit

  • All water dispensers on the floor are refilled and working

  • No IRD plates or towels on the floors

Offices/Back of the House/Associates

  • Associate cafeteria and uniform room are operating per service hours

  • Check menu of the day for the staff, the quality of the food and must be enough for all on duty

  • Check associates' uniforms, name tags, grooming and ask for product knowledge when joining stand up briefings

  • Hallways, common areas, offices, and lockers are clean and in sanitary condition

  • Sleeping quarters are clean and no authorized staff occupying the room

  • Laundry area and temperature are in acceptable working temperature

  • Loading dock is clean and clear of all deliveries. Garbage and refuse room is not omitting foul odor

  • All food/suppliesdelivered must have proper handling and must always be received in a hygenic condition

Banquets

  • Digital Banners/Signages are available in the Event Area

  • Music, lighting, scent, temperature and internet are in excellent working order. Meeting foyer area is clean

  • Should there be no event, all electrical fixtures, lighting are turned off

  • Restrooms are clean, odor free, trash bins emptied, supplies replenished and toilets flushing properly

Alfresco/Cove2/NCBB

  • Alfresco area is clean and maintained

  • Monitor noise levels and guest behavior in outdoor areas to maintain a comfortable atmosphere

  • Cigarette Butts are disposed properly and ashtray is available in the area

  • Wifi is working at Cove 2

  • Loungers/Beach Beds are properly arranged, tidy and are in excellent working condition

  • Beach umbrellas (if available) & sail shade are in place

  • NCBB Bar has an available Bar Tender/F&B Associate

  • Music is not too loud or soft

  • All drinks on the menu are available and prices are updated

  • Restrooms are clean and all amenities are in place. No foul smell

  • Lifeguard is available in the area

  • Non-motorized activities are monitored (Cancellation of activities, equipment condition)

  • Any items that would require attention, repair and rectification must be reported to the department responsible

Vehicles

  • Must be clean from exterior to inside

  • Towels are available inside the van for guests

  • Sampaguita Scent is evident

  • No foul odor or any clutter inside the vehicle

  • Inspect the vehicles for any visible damage or maintenance needs

  • Verify the availability of transportation services for guests, schedules are followed & bookings in the manifest are accurate

  • Golf Cart has been charged and is fully functional anytime needed
