Are Subs complying with the IESR safety policies and procedures?

T-Pole is in good condition?

All holes in T-Pole enclosure have been properly plugged?

All breakers missing have blank filler?

Is there a legible panel directory in each T-Pole panel or are the breakers marked legibly?

120 volt, 15 and 20 amp GFCI is provided?

Each GFCI is tested and checklist on T-Pole is current?

Every energized device on T-Pole has a cover?

Is Fall Protection being used if needed or required?

Guardrails and stair rails are in place?

Holes or openings 2" or larger have covers?

Are the spreaders on step ladders locked?

Are step ladders inspected before use? Verify with employees.
