Monday

• Take off and clean tap handles

• Sweep & mop beer fridge

• Clean liquor display. Wipe bottles & display shelves, replace the spouts & wash current ones

• Remove and clean all glassware on west bar. Run the trays through the dishwasher. Clean underneath the trays with soap & water, replace the glasses

• Pull out glasswasher & wipe behind both the washer itself & the wall. Sweep

• Pop guns scrubbed & holsters scrubbed

• Bleach the drains

• Dust the high places, lights behind the bar, high shelving

• Clean the fridges at centre and east bar

• Remove all glassware on centre bar, run the trays through the glasswasher. Clean underneath the trays and replace glassware

• Clean bar stools & polish with wood cleaner

• De-gum the seats & bar

• Remove & clean all glassware on east bar, run the trays through the glasswasher, clean underneath & replace glasses

• Clean all fridge doors

• Complete any of the cleaning/prep for service
