Duties
Wipe, clean and organize host stand for opening hostess
Wipe down all menus and organize accordingly
Stock business cards, mints, and promo pieces
Ensure all sheets for next day are prepared and accurate (sign in/out, reservations, reservation requests, messages, etc.)
Bathrooms: check light bulbs, check for stray glassware, wipe mirrors, check toilet paper, garbage levels and soap
Check water level of the mannequin pis
Bring in all menu boards and ashtrays (taken to dish pit)
Tidy the area behind the curtain
Update entertainment board (on Sundays)
