Is the Area free from pests?

Is the floor clean, free from extraneous matter and in good condition without any products spills and pooling water?

Are all doors and windows clean, in good condition and closed when not in use?

Are wooden pallets clean, dry and good condition?

Is rubbish removes with no build up ?

Are cleaning utensils and bins clean, and in good condition?

Are all pallet jack and trolleys clean and in good condition?

There are no other GMP hazards and risk in the area?

Are all pallets stored at least half a meter from the walls to allow inspections for pest and debris?

Area is free from obsolete equipments?

Is chemical stored from packaging and properly on spill container?
