Check and clean condenser coil with Pressure washer/OFN. Add before/after pictures

Check all housing panels are safe and secure with all fixings in place including fan guards. Add before/after pictures

Check outdoor unit drip trays are intact and draining away correctly, report any issues found. Picture any damage found

Check mains isolator is functional and in good condition
-
Ensure outdoor unit areas are free of rubbish and debris
