  • Are all internal maintenance areas clean, tidy and free from obstructions?

  • Is all CCTV systems available and in a serviceable condition?

External Public Areas

  • Are all development roads and footpaths in good condition free from any potholes and trip hazards?

  • If applicable are all automated gates serviceable and in good order?

  • Are all public open spaces free from hazards and in good order?

  • If applicable is the play equipment in the childrens playpark in good order and servicable?

  • Is carpark lighting, ventilation, signage and security adequit and servicable?

External Areas under BRAM Control

  • Is man safe system available and serviceable on all roof tops?

  • Is the refuse compaction area restricted for access and in good order?

SHE Documentation and Periodic Checks

  • Are all statutory registers comeplted within their aloted timescales?
