  • Are employees adhering to cell phone policy?

  • Are pallets and composites laying flat and stacked neatly & securely?

  • Are proper lifting procedures being observed?

Box Truck Safety

  • Do exterior lights work on the box truck?

  • Is fire extinguisher mounted and in good condition?

  • Are hazard triangles in cab of truck?

  • Is truck clean and organized?

  • Is insurance up to date? (Expires Dec. 31st each year)

  • Are tags current?

  • Is the windshield clear of any cracks obstructing the drivers view?

  • Do the horn and windshield wipers work?

  • Do steer tires have more than 4/32 tread depth and do all other tires exceed 2/32 tread depth?

  • Does truck contain PPE sites may require? (Reflective Vest, Safety Toe Boots, Hard Hats, Safety Glasses, Ear Plugs)

Inventory

  • Is POS inventory accurate? (Items are expensed either before use or as it is consumed?)

  • Is Asset tab inventory accurate? (Spot Check 5 Machine SN's)

  • Is Oper1 Inventory accurate? (Excludes Machine Counts)
