Vanity & Toilet

• If vanity is on the same wall as the door opening the inside face of the door frame is at minimum, 26'' to the back wall. Can cheat to 25''3/4 if ATLEAST 3'' available for trim on other side of door opening (if vanity is not on same wall as door opening, check this box off for progression purposes)
