Do the laborer daily attendance are properly documented with daily time sheets / daily time records? If yes obtain a copy of this document and verify if the laborer's logged time are accurate and free from erasures.

Is there a submitted equipment usage reports weekly with job labor reports.? If yes obtain a latest copy of the equipment usage report for 1 week and verify its accuracy and completeness of details

Is there proper inventory report of all Equipment and tools being maintained? If yes obtain a copy of the report and select at least 5 highly valued equipment / tool and verify its existence.
