  • ORGANIZATION To insure the overall organizational structure and controls are conducive to accomplishing the objectives of the organization.

  • Are Job numbers, phase codes, etc. is communicated to the job foreman using work or purchase orders

  • Are accurate labor reports and equipment usage reports<br>(may include only quantities and not peso amounts) are posted by phase and job number

  • Are job diaries and photographs are provided for proper documentation of accomplishments?

  • Are there safety awareness among the labor force and project engineers in the jobsite?

  • Are there effective and timely communication between the field and project engineers and the office based personnels? How?

  • Are there Proper security of premises, lock boxes, and equipment at all times? If yes take a photo of these security measures

  • LABOR MANAGEMENT

  • Are there any new workers / employees orientation program? If no, how do they orient the new worker / employee?

  • Do they conduct Regular jobsite meetings and safety meetings?

  • Do the laborer daily attendance are properly documented with daily time sheets / daily time records? If yes obtain a copy of this document and verify if the laborer's logged time are accurate and free from erasures.

  • EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT

  • Is there a submitted equipment usage reports weekly with job labor reports.? If yes obtain a latest copy of the equipment usage report for 1 week and verify its accuracy and completeness of details

  • Is there proper inventory report of all Equipment and tools being maintained? If yes obtain a copy of the report and select at least 5 highly valued equipment / tool and verify its existence.
