  • I was introduced last time by the manager on ground, i identified myself again and i was 'harassed' with questions being asked for inspection documents, being asked to produce my EID(which i did), being asked why i did not inform them before hand of my inspection. Upon questioning staff for wearing slippers , staff walks out and pushes me at the entrance. This kind of behaviour is not tolerated at all by staff who are working at the organisation operating with our licence, we require maximum cooperation from the team to make the inspections run smoothly.

  • As a PIC at HOMC i am allowed to walk in at any time at any organisation operating under our Trade Licence with no notice to ensure food handlers are following the Dubai Municipality rules and regulations according to the food code.
