Pump bunds standpipe inspections and samples

  • PH of liquid inside standpipe 1.

  • PH of liquid inside standpipe 2.

  • PH of liquid in standpipe 3.

Southern and Northern drain pH test

  • PH of liquid inside Southern Drain.

  • PH of liquid inside Northern drain.

  • Is PH higher than 9 in either of the drains? If yes notify team leader and escalate to Environmental Team.

Bladder liner and roof checks.

  • All weights/ballast on both bladder #1 and #2 are in place and in good condition?

Thursday PSM Check/ Pipeline Integrity

Ship to Bladder Pipeline.

  • Check pipeline for evidence of leaks and corrosion.

  • Check pipe supports are not corroded/ broken.

  • Are flange covers fitted on all flanges, No evidence of crystalized caustic around flanges.

  • Is pipeline free of vegetation, material and dirt/carry back build up?

  • Check All welds for evidence of rust.

Bladder to Site Day tank pipeline.

  • Check pipeline for evidence of leaks and corrosion.

  • Check pipe supports are not corroded/ broken

  • Are flange covers fitted on all flanges, No evidence of crystalized caustic around flanges.

  • Is pipeline free of vegetation, material and dirt/carry back build up?

  • Check All welds for evidence of rust.
