Visitors

  • Are visitors accounted for in the event of an evacuation taking place?

  • Are visitors instructed regarding evacuation and lock down procedures?

  • Are visitor provided with any form of identification?

Duress Alarms

  • Is there a duress alarm available to workers?

  • If relevant, how many remotes are available?

  • Are remotes located in accessible/visible location?

  • Are relevant workers trained in the use of the duress alarm?

  • Is the device serviced and tested at regular periodic intervals?

Signage

  • Review incidents or events since previous Audit - Nature, consequences, Actions taken, Debrief conducted, remedial or preventative actions.

  • Staff Feedback - Discuss Audit with Workers - Seek feedback regarding security concerns or suggestions, Identification of training gaps.
