  • Lights all working and Plant Room well illuminated

  • Are any fault lights indicated on the BMS panel? <br>Where installed press BMS lamp test button.

  • Are there any signs of water leaks in the Plant Rooms?

  • Is there any insulation missing or damaged?

  • Is the Plant Room clean and tidy and free of rubbish?

  • Is there any evidence of rodent ingress in the Plant Room?

  • Are there any chairs or seats been left in the Plant Room
