Has the latch been set on the right double door?

Is the DT window closed, locked, and turned off?

Is the ice cream machine filled and running (expect nights when it is broken down)?

Are the lemonade machines filled and functioning?

Are closing dishes brought to the front?

Is The FC and DT area stocked and cleaned?

Is the safe locked?

Are both ovens turned off?

Are the open fryers turned off?

Is the fry warming station turned off?

Is the chute turned off?

Is the Randall cold holding station off?

Are the toasters and timer panel unplugged?

Are the three DUKE stations turned off?

Are all three chicken warming stations turned off?

Is the white, multigrain, and CSS bread wrapped so it won't get stale? Is all waste chicken stored away?

Is the soup warmer unplugged?

Are the pressure fryers unplugged?

Is the grill unplugged?

Is the rail switch for the breading table turned off and the base still on?

Are the doors to the chicken refrigerator and thaw cabinets closed and clean?

Are the cooler and freezer doors completely closed?

Is the exterior cage door shut with the light off?

Has the occupied light and signage light been hit to off?

Are the break room lights turned off?

Are the prep sinks turned off and the lemon juicer unplugged?

Are the compartment sinks turned off and the prep doors closed completely?

Are the light switches turned off by the alarm panel?

If everything in this checklist is in order, all that is left to be done is to se the alarm and lock the door behind you.
