  • Is the rail switch for the breading table turned off and the base still on?

  • Are the doors to the chicken refrigerator and thaw cabinets closed and clean?

  • Are the cooler and freezer doors completely closed?

  • Is the exterior cage door shut with the light off?

  • Has the occupied light and signage light been hit to off?

  • Are the break room lights turned off?

  • Are the prep sinks turned off and the lemon juicer unplugged?

  • Are the compartment sinks turned off and the prep doors closed completely?

  • Are the light switches turned off by the alarm panel?

  • If everything in this checklist is in order, all that is left to be done is to se the alarm and lock the door behind you.
