Frontage

Personal Hygiene

  • Hair is kept in tidy condition, and covered with caps or hair nets where necessary

  • Fingernails are short,unpolished and clean

  • Hands are washed thoroughly with soap and water frequently and at appropriate times

Shelves

  • Packaging items , Stationary items and other food beverage items are stored neatly on shelves

  • Bun varieties are stored safe & neatly

  • Food packaging are properly labelled with name and expiry date

Waste Disposal Area

  • Appropriate Dust bins are used

  • Dust bins are properly lined with garbage bags

  • Dust bins are kept covered at all times when not in use

Refrigerator / Chiller / Freezer

  • Refrigerated food storage units are in good working order and maintained at correct temperatures

  • Refrigerated food storage units are not overstocked

  • Refrigerated food storage units are kept clean and wellorganized

Food Preparation

  • Ingredients used are fresh , clean and not expired

  • Food is prepared using clean water and clean utensils and equipment
