• As a result of a comprehensive Boroscope inspection of the entire property in multiple locations and at varying heights I would recommend the complete extraction of the failed CWI from the wall cavity to all elevations. large voids are present and the material can be evidenced at a low density. This will cause cold spots to which condensation is being attracted internally encouraging mould growth and creating an unhealthy environment as well damaging the the internal wall coating and decoration.

• In my opinion the wall cavities are in good clean and clear condition and suitable for the introduction of CWI, I would recommend Bonded Carbon Bead is used this will provide a uniformed dense fill and along with the whole house ventilation system will significantly improve the internal comfort levels as well as reducing energy costs and the environmental impact of the property.
