• As a result of a comprehensive Boroscope inspection of the entire property in multiple locations and at varying heights I would recommend the complete extraction of the failed CWI from the wall cavity to all elevations. large voids are present and the material can be evidenced at a low density. This is causing cold spots to which condensation is being attracted internally, encouraging mould growth and creating an unhealthy environment and damaging the internal wall coating and decoration.
