Installation checks

  • Stacking kit and chimney are correctly installed

  • Is bottom oven is secure to stand

  • Heat source too close to oven

  • Is door opening clearance acceptable

  • Is the oven able to be moved out for maintenance with one person – offer recommendations If unable to do so

  • Check condition of all hoses and pipework

  • Record Water pressure

  • Check total water hardness - if reading is 15 degrees or higher, we will recommend an external filter

Exterior Checks

  • Check all exterior panels for damage

  • Control panel working correctly

  • Remove control panel and report any signs of water ingress

  • Add oven to new GK wifi network

Cavity checks

  • Door locking functioning correctly

  • Reed switch operating correctly

  • Door seal condition

  • Any signs of corrosion

  • Any signs of dirt

  • Element condition

  • Drain cover condition

  • Check R.O filter condition

  • Internal glass

  • Detergent tank condition

  • Remove front access cover and check for signs of leaks

Rear Checks

  • Check wash kit version if A/B if A replace with B

  • Dry Maxi – if old version replace with new. Also apply additional silicone to high risk areas

  • Remove inverter board and check venturi gasket

  • Check inverter board for signs of water damage

  • Check chamber 2 is new version if not replace with new

  • Check thermal management board is secure

  • Main terminal block condition

  • Empty drain box and inspect for blockage

  • Check rear of R.O filter for leaks

  • Checks detergent level probe connections

  • Add 2nd NRV
