STARTUP (FIRST THING)

  • Check email for any ONLINE ORDERING orders?

  • Are you SURE the REFRIGERATION switches are turned to ON for both lemonade dispensers?

  • Nozzles for Coke towers reassembled, towers turned ON?

Dining Room RRs

DINING ROOM

  • Walk through the Dining Room and evaluate the condition of the FLOOR, TABLES & CHAIRS, TRASH RECEPTACLES, HIGH CHAIRS, and CONDIMENT ISLAND.

  • Would you let your own children play on this playground in it's current condition?

  • Please take note of any action items which will need to be addressed and assign these tasks to the appropriate Team Member as soon as they become available.

RESTROOMS

  • Restroom lobby spotless and ready for guests?

  • Men's RR toilet, urinal, sink, mirror & floors spotless and ready for guests?

  • Men's RR paper towels, TP, soap and sanitizer stocked and ready for guests?

Verify Stocking

  • Night-time stocking should leave you with a well-stocked store. Do not waste time topping off items which have been adequately stocked. This part of the checklist is a safety-net to help you quickly spot genuine shortages and potential inventory outages.

DRIVE-THRU AREA & BAGGING STATION

  • Are all salad dressing stocked?

  • Cherries, Lemons, LTO Shake Items (Seasonal), Oreo Crumbs STOCKED

  • Strawberry gun tubes, LTO gun tubes (Seasonal), and DT Brownies STOCKED.

  • All cups, lids and milkshake lids STOCKED.

  • All brownie displays from guest's perspectives cleaned, stocked and ready for guests.

  • Sauces tray for service point (where we hand off trays) stocked, creamer out for breakfast.

  • Cleaning supplies & sanitizer solution ready to go.

CONDIMENT ISLAND

  • All visible items stocked.

  • No nearly-empty boxes underneath (combined and replace with a new case).

  • All high-use items (napkins ketchup, mayo, straws) in good supply underneath.
