  • Are all head office communications briefed to all team members on a daily basis and destroyed in line with retention guidelines?<br>

  • Are the Daily Floor Walk and WAD completed, in full and to standard, every day before store opening?<br>

Delivering the goods

  • Is the warehouse set up in line with the Best in Class replen process?<br>

  • Has the store completed a full zero to zero on the past four Saturdays (or non-delivery days as appropriate) and does the store have fewer than 100 gaps?<br>

  • Is an Order & Collect/PFS point set up in the warehouse, clearly labelled and free of any other stock?<br>
